shop : returns and exchanges

 
Teko accepts returns and exchanges through the mail if purchased directly from us, or from our retailer if purchased through them.

Call 800 450-5784 (8am-5pm MST Monday through Friday) or email for a Return Authorization Number, and one of our service people will take down details of what you need to return or exchange. They will also let you know how to get the item to us.

Product returned for credit or exchange must be in its original condition with the hangtags still attached; we'll refund you the purchase price including sales tax but not including shipping and handling. Charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility. If your original purchase was paid for by credit card, the credit card will be credited for the returned item(s) upon receipt by us. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped from us to you.

Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping as Teko cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. By law, any item sent for repair (see above) must be washed first.

Items sent in for repair MUST have a Return Authorization Number and should be shipped to:
